Launched in 2017, the SMART Heroes Program provides sheet metal industry training FREE OF CHARGE to enlisted men and women of the U.S. Military. They’ll receive the equivalent of their first-year apprentice training (224 hours) during a seven-week course, across three categories of instruction: General Sheet Metal, Welding and HVAC Service/System Test, Adjust and Balance.
