SEA-TAC AIRPORT

The entire airport covers 2,500 acres, considered one of the fastest growing in the United States and world. According to the Airports Council International, Sea-Tac Airport was ranked the 9th busiest airport in the U.S. in 2016. The airport was constructed by the Port of Seattle in 1944. Airport infrastructure projects that our contractors are doing include – Fabrication of HVAC fittings, Architectural panels, Stainless countertops, handrails and venting.

THE SPACE NEEDLE

Built in 1962, “The 400 Day Wonder” was constructed to be featured at the opening of the World’s Fair. The structure stands 605 feet tall, with a 30-foot-deep concrete foundation. We currently have contractor on site of the $111 million-dollar renovation, doing a complete upgrade on the HVAC system.

MoPOP

The entire outside of the building is in Architectural metals and specialty metal. The interior HVAC system along with cooling systems for the sound booths. The restaurant grease duct for the grill and cooking areas.

University of Washington Research and Technology Lab – Specialty work including FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastic) duct for chemicals inn the labs or underground. Clean rooms that require air changes to be upwards of 100 times a minute.
